It's a good thing no one reads this or people would be wondering where I've been. Mostly first I was just too lazy to post, then I was on vacation. I had a good time. Then the day after I got back (monday) I got a letter from UF addressed "Dear admitted student" and I was like, wait a minute, I wasn't accepted? Does this mean I'm in? So I spent the night trying not to get my hopes up and then called the next day, and the woman I talked to said I that they mailed letters just the day before so I probably just didn't get my letter yet. But I still was a little wary, and didn't want to believe her until I got the letter and it was for absolutely sure. And sure enough, I'm in. At the Jacksonville campus. So then this weekend I went up aparment hunting and signed a lease. So now all I have to do is finish up a few other things, do about 10 more computer assignments, that prove I know how to use a computer, and wait until I can move in and start classes, oh, and I have to buy a computer, most of my classes will be online, and I will watch the class via streaming video. I'm a little worried about this, about being motivated enough to actually watch all these classes when there isn't a scheduled time for them. But I've already decided that I am going to be a very good student and that I'm going to be a the tippy, tippy, top of the class. It's a goal of mine. So that later I can say to all the schools that didn't accept me, especially FAMU, "HAH! Look at me now!"
